MiMIC RMCE Lines

The Bellen Lab has generated a collection of protein trap lines using the RMCE technique. Please visit the MiMIC techniques page for a description of the method for introducing this reporter into MiMIC insertion strains.

Note: The pictures shown here are immunostainings imaged with a confocal microscope. We primarily screened 3rd instar larval nervous system for EGFP expression. TG4 lines are crossed to UAS-mCD8::GFP.
